Barkham and Company itself as well as multiple employees are certified through MDARD for lawn and landscape fertilization and pest management. We will eliminate those pesky weeds and make sure your grass is fed well and looking great. We are also qualified to spray for those ever present mosquitoes.
Mulching and Bed Maintenance
Keeping your beds in good shape and free of weeds is just as important as keeping the turf out front nice and green. We can install a fresh layer of mulch in a variety of colors to brighten up the beds and help keep the weeds at bay. Planting seasonal flowers in beds and containers is also a great way to add color to the beds. We can add bulbs, annuals and mums for seasonal color.
Spring & Fall Cleanups
Every fall after the leaves have turned beautiful colors they fall and leave a big mess. We have all the equipment to make cleaning them up a breeze. We will blow out the beds and turf areas and haul the leaves away. We can also prune things up before winter and cut down perennials so that your beds are all ready for spring.

Spring and fall are a great time for either of these services that we offer. Aeration is a great way to take your turf to the next level. Doing this allows water, nutrients and air to penetrate all the way through the root zone and helps the turf in compacted soils.
Lawn rolling is a great way to smooth out your yard to make mowing and maintaining it much easier.
Irrigation Maintenance
We can take care of all repairs and scheduled maintenance on existing irrigation systems. We also offer spring activation as well as winterization in the fall.
